After a really LONG wait.... Mary and I got to go to the Lion King this past weekend. We have had our tickets since last summer and it seemed that it was always so far away.
The spiritual energy that exists in this performance is unbelievable. Three of us at our office have gone and we all talked about how it brought us all to tears from the moment of the first beat of the drum and the animals were coming down the aisles. The costumes, the make-up, the set, the music, it is all fantastic. If anyone ever gets the chance to go see this performance, don't even hesitate. We were so lucky to have fantastic seats -- dead center on the 7th row! So worth it!!!
Now -- we need to work on getting those Wicked Tickets!

Man, I'm still jealous of your seats! I knew you guys would love it. Yes, we should all go see Wicked together this summer!
