Poised and ready to go!
Ryan did an awesome job in the backstroke! He got another personal best and took another second off of his time. He is already looking forward to next year and dropping below the minute mark. It was still warm and I am a bit sunburned, but it was worth it! Ryan doesn't swim tommorrow, however he still has to go to the meet as an alternate for a couple of the relays. What more could we ask for? He has had a great first season as a Red Mountain Lion!

that seriously is so cool. I wish I could swim better... and longer. HA! Way to go Ryan!
I think he could be the next Michael Phelps! and I'll be able to say...I knew him when he could fit into a christmas sock! awwww!
