our AWESOME Medly Relay Team! 
We are off and running with swim season well under way. I can' believe that it is Ryan's senior year. He is off to a great start. He was voted captain of the team this year. He has great leadership skills and they are being put to good use. He arises at 4:50 in the morning to hit up an extra practice, returning just in time to eat and get ready for school. Then everyday, after school it's High School Practice -- another 2 hours in the pool. And we wonder why he is so hungry.

That is just awesome, he is so dedicated to this sport, he will surely do well. Your kids are just about grown and gone. You are in the same situation as my daughter. Her middle son just returned from his mission and is now in college and her young est son is a senior at Mountain View. She is already nearly tearful as she says, "last year of school, mission, Mom, what will I do?" I said, remember your last year of high school, college, mission,back to college. youngest child at home. I did it, you can also.
