Years of hard work..... hours upon hours in the pool..... early mornings lifting weights.... early mornings doing "dryland"... the use of kettle balls and medicine balls.... the joy that comes from dedication and commitment.
Literally -- if he needs a break from homework, he will simply drop to the floor and bust out a few pushups.
