Mary had the opportunity to travel to New York City in March (I know, I am behind on blogging). The Red Mountain High School La Camarata and Chamber Orchestra were invited to perform at Carnegie Hall. An opportunity of a lifetime. They spent 4 days -- performing, site seeing and making memories to last a lifetime. From Time Square, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, China Town, St Pauls Cathedral, The Lion King on Broadway and of course Canegie Hall -- she had a marvelous time and a perfect way to end her senior year in choir.
Mary loves music and to be able to perform in Carnegie Hall was one of her greatest moments. From the time she was little she has loved singing -- this was a performance not to be missed.
